SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination), or ISO/IEC 15504, has established itself as an international standard for improving business processes and determining process capability, and forms the foundation for conducting process assessments
This seminar affords participants insight into the SPICE and its component parts.
It explores the normative section defining the requirements for conducting an assessment in greater depth. The components of a process assessment model are explained in detail to this end. An example application takes participants through process, examining it from various vantage points.
