Why fear agile?

Agile affects many facets of the organization, from the autonomy of the employees and the flexibility of the teams to managers, processes and work products. Agile not only works for and with the teams, but also involves everyone in the organization, including culture, departments, leaders and their leadership style. The aim is to break down silos and change the way associates and managers think, communicate, and make decisions.

In our day-to-day work, we have seen various concerns:

  • Loss control over timeline and project schedule
  • Too much communication time is wasted
  • Change of organizational structure and disorientation
  • Perceived loss of control and authority towards associates
  • The developed work for customers becomes transparent
  • Who ensures the quality and consistency of the developed work.

Have you also experienced these concerns in your day-to-day work?

Agile does not only influence the process. Being agile also means changing the work culture, leadership style, structure, and type of collaboration.

For us, agility means maximizing the benefit of the workflow, creating rapid adaptability and real customer value, and enabeling fast decision-making and empowerment of your employees.

In this webinar, we share with you some common fears that we have uncovered in some of our projects and show you how we solved them.
