Smart traffic management in Essen

A team of innovative enterprises is supporting the city of Essen in the digitalization of its traffic system. As part of the COMO (Connected Mobility Essen) project, ITK Engineering is playing a pivotal role by developing an AI-solution for real-time traffic management based on an advanced forecasting algorithm for live data. In this way, we are setting new standards for urban traffic: less traffic jams, improved air quality and an efficient traffic flow.
