Scrum is an established framework for agile software development that implements complex projects in a step-by-step and flexible manner. Short iterations (sprints) result in deliverable product increments that offer real added value for customers at an early stage. The training focuses on the practical application of Scrum, in-depth exercises, and a clear understanding of the basic principles and roles.

Objective and training content

After the training, participants will be able to confidently understand Scrum principles and apply them specifically in project work. They will be able to reflect on their own contribution to the team and better assess strengths and typical challenges in their Scrum project.
