Location: virtual or in person

Cost: on request

A computer screen shows a glowing circuit design on a dark background.

This training provides a practical introduction to the world of microservice architectures. Working in small groups, participants learn how to use architectural patterns, best practices and prevalent tools effectively, and to connect the theory to practice. In the process, they work through the entire development cycle of a microservice application – from design through to operation.

Objective and training content

After completing the training, participants are able to design, implement and provide their own microservice architectures. They are familiar with the basics of Spring Boot, Docker and Kubernetes, and are able to safely use these technologies as part of their own projects.

Training content:

  • A practical introduction to microservice architectures
  • Best practices in the field of microservice development
  • Developing using Spring Boot
  • Containerization using Docker
  • Provision on Kubernetes clusters

The content of the training can be tailored to your project-specific requirements and questions.
