AI WEEK: AI strategy workshop
This approximately four-day workshop teaches practical foundations, proven methods and relevant use cases for making good use of artificial intelligence at your company. The focus is on the strategic significance of AI, analyzing the maturity of the organization, and developing specific measures for using AI in the long term.
Objectives and training content
Participants will learn how to strategically integrate artificial intelligence into their own organizations, and how to continue to develop it in a systematic manner. They will gain in-depth knowledge, evaluate relevant use cases, and develop specific options for implementation.

- The basics of AI use cases, machine learning, regulation, data governance, infrastructure and data culture
- Methods for identifying, developing and evaluating AI use cases
- Analyzing an organization’s maturity and determining the level of its ambition
- AI readiness check: identifying the challenges, potential, and where action is required
- Selecting and consolidating prioritized AI projects
- Determining specific measures for successful implementation
