After this training, participants will be able to independently conduct a value stream analysis for their own processes. They can define and visualize the value stream, collect relevant metrics such as lead time, cycle time, and wait time, and identify bottlenecks and their root causes. The training enables participants to derive concrete improvement actions from their findings and to plan the initial steps for process optimization.
