This training teaches the basics of Automotive SPICE® (ASPICE), an international maturity model for development processes. It looks at the purpose, structure and maturity levels, as well as preparation and execution of assessments. Exercises and discussions relating to real-life examples are used to show the benefits of ASPICE in an automotive environment. The training can be based on ASPICE 3.1 or the new version (4.0). In the latter case, the most important changes made in the 4.0 version are described, and their impact on processes and projects is discussed. Optional, in-depth modules such as “ASPICE in agile projects” or “ASPICE for cyber security” can also be added.
