Job description
- Understanding SW interfaces requirements, SW/HW interface requirements and overall SW requirements for electronic control units (ECUs) in collaboration with software developers
- Development of test specification based on requirements; of test framework and independent libraries to automate functionalities
- Test execution based on test specification and integration within CI/CD toolchain
- Testing software for different builds and reporting observed anomalies
- Documentation of test results and quality assurance of all test documents via review
- Working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) environment
- Sequence development using tools for Test Automation
- Continuous Integration Software Testing, ensure the quality of new releases
Qualifications
- Experience in software development & programming, either model-based development with Matlab/Simulink or hand code like C/C++, Python is desirable
- Desirable Tool knowledge: Polarion, MATLAB/Simulink, TPT, Simulink Test, Jenkins, Tessy, Google Test, VectorCAST
- Knowledge of CAN-Bus, I2C, SPI and / or other Bus protocol, familiarity with V-Model, SPICE, ASIL and MISRA
- Diagnosis Tools: CANoe/CANalyzer/CANape, Space ControlDesk, AutomationTest, SimulinkTest
- Analyze complex systems, test & review software & functions in the automotive, aviation, medical technology; plan test strategies, execute tests & represent results including suggestions for improvement, active participation in our innovation management
- Strong awareness of quality-oriented, standardcompliant work after development process for safetycritical systems
- Education: completed studies Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or comparable
- Languages: fluent English, German is a plus
