The training provides basic knowledge of the LabVIEW graphical programming language, which is particularly suitable for scalable measurement, testing, control, and regulation applications. In addition, efficient approaches to data analysis and the development of distributed applications are covered.

Objective and training content

The training enables participants to independently develop LabVIEW programs for common tasks and to confidently apply advanced programming concepts. In addition, they will be able to efficiently structure source code both within the development environment and in the file system.

Supplemented by three months of practical experience, successful participation in the training course forms a recommended basis for the Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD) exam from National Instruments.

Training content:

  • LabVIEW basics and working environment
  • SubVIs (Sub Virtual Instruments) and libraries
  • Debugging techniques
  • Style guide
  • Program structures
  • Data storage and retention
  • Type definitions

The content of the training can be tailored to your project-specific requirements and questions.
